Summer is here, and the groundfish season is upon us. Weekly deliveries of cod, hake & haddock will commence in July, but we thought we'd kick off the season with a chance to order fresh halibut caught by hook and line by our fishermen in the Bay of Fundy. Halibut will be delivered on Saturday, June 30 at the Brewery Market in Halifax (1496 Lower Water St.).

Choose between fillets, steaks, or whole fish (just in case you're expecting a crowd, or want to fill your freezer). Halibut is priced per pound, and will be weighed out at the time of sale. Since we don't know the exact weights ahead of time, pre-payment is not available for this order- just pay (with cash or cheque) when you come to pick up your fish. Please pick up your order between 10 and 12. Any orders not picked up by noon will be sold. The deadline for placing orders for the Saturday delivery is Friday, June 29 at 3.
