Off the Hook has been named one of the ten finalists in National Geographic‘s Solution Search: Turning the Tide for Coastal Fisheries. This is a global contest to surface and recognize community-based innovations for near-shore fisheries based on proven successes. There were 103 entries from 48 countries, and Off the Hook was the only entry from North America to make it to the top ten. The next step is an online vote.
